I have placed the pictures of my home-made wood cart below. I made this without using any plans. I think I have included enough pictures that you can probably make one yourself.
Believe it or not, all three carts weight about the same.
I got my wheels from Northern Tool Co. www.northerntool.com. They cost $20 each and are 20 inches.
